DESCRIPTION
SKJ series straw pellet machine is new generation of energy-saving machine, researched and developed by our researcher newly. Mainly use to compress crushed corn straw, plant waste, bamboo powder, grass, straw, rice husk and wood chips into cylindrical particles. Straw pellet machine use bipolar speed adjusting, and have the characteristics of low power consumption, reasonable structure, economic and durable.
The main electrical control system uses the international standard-delta starter, running extremely stable. All the models have CE certificate and warranty period for 5 years.
Straw pellet machine is mainly composed of Underbed, Gearbox, Spindle box, Feed hopper, Granulation chamber, Adjusting bolt, Discharge outlet, Roller, Die, Motor drive transmission, Start and Emergency Stop Button etc.
Straw pellet machine is for making fuel pellets with biomass material, such as sawdust, husks, straw, stalks
Straw pellet machine is with roller turning die fixed when working, which makes better quality pellets.
