2. Biomass Wood Pellet Machine Working Principle:

1) The main motor drive the ring die mould rotated, the press roller that were placed inside of the roller does not revolution, but will rotate because the friction of the ring die mould and wood powder raw material.

2) The wood sawdust powder raw material was spread evenly into the space between the ring die and roller, and was press into the mould hole, formed column shape pellet, the pellet will rotate along with the rotating ring die mould and will be cutted when the length of the column pellet reach to a certain value.

4 .Biomass Wood Pellet Machine Features:

1) Wood pellet machine is with magnet and over load protection system, which protects machine during production.

2) Feeder has a variable speed controller to meet different outputs requirements.

3) This Biomass pellet machine makes gear directly-connecting as the driver, and is with quick release die fixed by clamps, which will increase the output by 15% when compared to a machine with a belt conveyor.

4) The alloy steel die is with international advanced equipment and techniques, and has long service life and can make slippery pellets of highest quality.

Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material.

Size: Less than 5mm  (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15%  is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
