It is mainly used to produce biomass fuel pellets from raw materials,such as
wood chips,straw,cotton stalks,coal and waste paper.The pellets have with high density,high fuel value,low moisture and low ash content.
Features of wood pellet mill machine    
1) The flat die pellet mills are easier to clean than the ring die pellet mill.
2) Able to change die and roller faster and easily.
3) Small and light weight, making small-scale production.
4) Visibility. It is possible to view into the chamber when pelletizing,

Applicable scope of raw materials:
wood,straw,cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo ,empty fruit branch, waster paper, and Palm fiber etc.
 Requirements for raw materials:
 
Size:1-2mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
